Delivery
I use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ship all my parcels. For UK delivery these should arrive within 7 days after your photo is printed. For international orders delivery can take up to 28 days depending on which country you want to ship to. All delivery is free of charge. Once your item is sent I will provide you with a tracking code to monitor your delivery.
Returns
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your print please contact me immediately with details of your problem.
Payment
When you click buy now you will be presented with a form to fill in your delivery and credit card details. I use PayPal to process all my credit card payments as they are an international company and are trusted with handling billions of dollars every year – for more information visit their website at www.paypal.com. Once your payment is verified you will receive confirmation via email.
Printing
Your print will be printed to the highest gallery standards by The Print Space in east London. As each print is bespoke it will take up to seven days for it to be printed. I will then personally check your print to ensure it is in the best condition before it is packed securely away ready for delivery.
